There are four ways of locating people or other data on this site:

• If you know a M*CH*MORE's first name and approximate date of birth, use one of the following indexes:

• If you know the surname of a M*CH*MORE spouse and the approximate date of marriage, use one of these indexes:

  Male Spouse Index

  Hint: Spouse surnames are more distinctive than M*CH*MORE forenames. So if you know the name of a M*CH*MORE and the (maiden) name of his or her spouse, you will find them more quickly using the spouse index than the M*CH*MORE index.

• If you are looking for a person with a M*ch*more middle name, use the Middle Name Index.

  Note, however, that this search engine will only take you to the page where the search term occurs and you will then have to search that page again to find what you are looking for.

Note that the indexes only list M*CH*MOREs and spouses that are known to be deceased. For information on living persons, please send a message to the M*CH*MORE mailing list or contact the coordinator.

This site does not include any data on the two US MU*CH*MORE family trees reconstructed by the Muchmore Family Association. Their web site has a separate search engine for those trees.
