Tree 19. Descendants of John MICHELMORE
(Buckfastleigh 169x)

This is one of four trees originating in Buckfastleigh (Tree 16, 17, 18 and 19). There is no DNA evidence to suggest its relation to the other trees, but documentary evidence suggests that Tree 18 may be an offshoot of this tree. A discussion of possible links between the various early Buckfastleigh trees and subtrees is available here.

Most of the 19th century male members of this tree were carpenters. Apart from Edward and his brother John, who moved to London early in the 19th century, all known members of this tree have remained in South Devon. There appear to be no living male members of this tree.

Underlining (if any) indicates changes made at the latest update.
